We want you to be able to shop with confidence at Accessorytech.com and we want you to be happy with your purchases. Please read return policy described below before returning any merchandise.
- Full refund for any merchandise returned to us within 15 days of initial purchase less shipping and handling fees
- Merchandise returned after 15 days but prior to 30 days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee less shipping and handling fees
- Returned merchandise must have a tracking number and must be insured to its full value
- All sales are final after 30 days. We appreciate your business and hope that you are happy with your purchases
- While returning a product that qualified you to receive free shipping, you will be charged shipping charges $3.95, if the total order goes below $49.99 after the return

After we receive the package and everything is in compliance with our Return Policy, you will be credited for item amount less shipping and handling fees. Any product missing or damaged, will not be credited. You will receive a credit within 14 business days of us receiving your package. If you do not receive any notification from Accessorytech.com customer service via email within two business days after the initial 14 business day period, please contact sales@accessorytech.com or call us at 1-800-494-7222.
